Return & Refund Policy

Djokr is not responsible for any damage after the delivery of the products. In case of claims on missing items, leakage, breakage, damage, or incorrect products, necessary images with the original packaging are required.

To claim a refund, please contact our customer care at +91 8800190489 or write to us at info@djokr.in with the necessary images related to your claim with the subject line “Refund For [Your Order Number]”.

In case of a package being tampered with, damaged, or defective, kindly refuse to accept the package from the delivery partner on the spot.

Contact the customer care team at +91 8800190489 if the order is marked as delivered but not received by the customer within 3 days of the product being marked as delivered. No refunds shall be made after this period.

The refund amount does not include the delivery charge as they are non-refundable by delivery partners.

Any cash on delivery refunds shall be initiated to the bank account provided by the customer in the above manner within 7-15 working days.

A claim of refund should be made within 24 hours of order delivery with the aforementioned details.

If accepted, your refund may take up to 14 days to be credited from the day of refund acceptance by Djokr.

Djokr will provide all the details with relevant screenshots along with the transaction ID once the refund is initiated.

RETURN POLICY

In extreme cases of damaged product delivery (leakage, broken, missing items) due to transit, a refund/exchange can be initiated after a thorough verification of the refund policy.

The customer should contact our customer care within 24-48 hours in the event they receive a damaged, broken, or leaked product.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

You can cancel your order before the product has been shipped by sending us an email with your Order No.#.

An order cannot be cancelled once it has already been dispatched.

Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 2-3 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund, and it may take up to 7-15 business days for the respective banks to process the refund. You will be notified of the initiation of the refund. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post-confirmation.
